Food Quality and Safety

 

FRIDEVI S.A.F.I.C. has a high commitment with quality and food safety, and works daily to produce and commercialize safe and authentic meat food, elaborated according to the specified quality, both with customers in Argentina and abroad.

To achieve this objective, it has certified its production processes with the IRAM NM323:2010 HACCP Food Safety Standard.

Throughout the years, the Company has made very important investments in technology and infrastructure to guarantee the production process, especially the refrigeration and its centralized monitoring and the cutting packaging system.

FRIDEVI's Food Safety Team takes care of each stage of the process, from the raw material, selecting safe and reliable suppliers, with whom it establishes long-lasting relationships, to the manufacturing, storage and shipping processes. FRIDEVI has a management system that allows the traceability of each cut to the origin of the animals. It also has a modern laboratory to carry out its own controls.



ANIMAL WELFARE

FRIDEVI has achieved Animal Welfare Certification for the transport, pre-slaughter and slaughter processes.
